Rebecca Dudgeon

Rebecca, a proud local of Murwillumbah who now resides with her family in the Tweed Valley, brings over two decades of experience in accounts and administration to her role. Her exceptional performance has been recognised with multiple awards for excellence over the course of her career. In 2018, she partnered with her husband Craig to establish Elders Tweed Valley, where her expertise in administration and people management has been key to the team’s impressive success. Under her guidance, Elders has grown significantly, now housed in a historic art deco building and boasting a team of 14 dedicated employees. Known for their outstanding administration, Elders has risen to the top agency in the 2484 region and has been honored with Administration of the Year awards in Northern NSW and QLD in both 2019 and 2020.
